Service Description
Re-ocurring sessions are recommended in six, eight, or ten weekly sessions following the initial New Client Consultation. Appointments include skill-based instruction, discussions about goal-setting and skill-monitoring. If you are the parent of a school-age child, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and observations, gain insight into your child's growth, and leave with recommendations for home applications. PLEASE NOTE: A parent/guardian must be present if the child is under 18 years of age. Parent attendance is optional for those 18 years or older.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Cogmotion Learning, you agree that services and materials are for personal use only. Payment is due at the time of service, and missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged. We protect your information and will only share it with your consent or as required by law. You may receive emails or calls related to your booking, and text messages are optional. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice, and while session bundles do not expire, they may be discontinued. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio.
